Activity 4. P.147

My country almost has a same rules in America. The words are does not has a writer. I mean my country has a lot of words and different words. So we can use any words. Because we do not know who made the words. and any one does not care about that. And when we use footaotes If the story is fact, or true, or writer want to give more information for readers, at that time writer will be use the footnotes.
When we use quotqtion marks for give more information or proof for your essay or story or someone said. It is help to readers easy to understand about your story or essay. In my country if you are use the other person's idea or something on your paper and if the paper use for formally you have to use about references. Because it is not yours and if you do not write reference it is breake the rules.
When you have to use a bibliography, if you want to give some information or hint for your readers, and reders can guess about your story. I think in tje united states rules and in Korea rules same. and it is depend on the writers and case by case.
